Owing to the services we provide; SEolisys Digital Solution doesn’t undertake any guarantee on refunds upon cancellation. The refund can’t be considered on the basis of rankings/traffic and the company will not be responsible for any claims thereof. If there is a change in your website by anyone except us, we are not liable for any issue and hence no refund/cancellation.
We don’t bind any buyer with any kind of contract so that they can leave when they want if they are not getting any results in their campaign. However, results found or not is not completely in our control as we work on third party platforms (Search Engines, Social Media Platforms, Business Listing Platforms, and so on), so disputing or raising a refund based on that will not be entertained.
Cancellation requests will be accepted only if the request is raised within 12 hours of buying our service and the work has not been initiated.
We will update the policies regularly as per the regulations of our Payment Gateway Partner, Banking Partner, and the Governing Body at the Operation Hub (Bhubaneswar, Odisha,India).
